Golden Telecom LLC (Ukraine, hereinafter “Golden Telecom” or “The Company”) is a division of Golden Telecom Inc. BCS customers include large customers as well as small and medium business enterprises (SMEs) such as multi-national companies (MNCs), financial institutions, business centres, hotels, developers, and other local enterprises. BCS offers customers voice, data, and Internet products. With voice products, BCS offers customers local and domestic long distance (DLD) international long distance (ILD), digital network “value added services”, equipment sales and maintenance, DSL services, and call center services. In the data product category, BCS offers Dedicated Private Lines, Frame Relay and Multi-Protocol Label Switching (MPLS) based services, and Managed Data Center Services. With Internet product, BCS offers its customers dedicated Internet access and virtual Private networks (VPNs).
Our COS customers include DLD and ILD carriers, local fixed network operators, mobile network operators, Internet service providers (ISPs), and voice over IP (VoIP) operators.
Mass market dial-up access operates under the Svit Online brand for both private and corporate entities.
Golden Telecom is constantly implementing new technologies (including broadband and wireless access) and introducing them to its clients.
